Real Estate is a well-established industry, complex, and a huge challenge at a young age (article of US millennials). Trying to change it is not the goal, so it all comes down to upgrading real estate.
Soon, I’ll participate in the Hackathon Côte d’Azur Blockchain Stampede 2021.
The goal is to demonstrate a project that is using blockchain.

The project is Real estate + blockchain technology.
After studying multiple blockchains (Hyperledger Sawtooth, IOTA, Ethereum, EOSIO) in a local environment at the LEAT laboratory, we are moving forward with the SIM project using cloud computing with TAS Group partnership (PDF of the press release here). TAS Group specializes in software solutions for electronic money, payment systems, capital markets, and enterprise resource planning.
